How to make an exchange?

We are happy to offer exchange if the products are not suitable. You can change to any other sizes or any products. You may return the products within 7 days from the date they are received. The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn, it will not be exchanged. Please do the followings to make an exchange (please read it before sending us email or call us).

1) Please email us on orders@sexyher.co.uk to apply a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and also tell us what product, includes product code, color and size you want to exchange to, this must be done within 24 hours after you received the products, as you must return the products within 7 days for an exchange. Please DO quote your order number when you email us. The order number was sent to you when the order was completed, and shipped. Sometimes it might get caught by your junk mail box.

2) When we receive the email regarding exchange we will work out the price difference between your original order and new order (the product you want to exchange to), then issue you

  (1) RMA No;  (2) either outstanding payment (if the product you wish to exchange to is more expensive) or partially refund totals (if the products you wish to exchange is cheaper) within 24hrs (except weekends). The product must be shipped within 24 hours after you receive the RMA number, without a RMA number or exceed the required returning time the product will not be accepted.

3) After receive the RAM number, please make a note to describe the reason why you are returning the products. RMA number must appear outside of the parcel and inside notes. Returning add please see contact us.

4) When we receive the products with RMA number within 7 days, we will process the exchange. the delivery subject stock availability. For none in stock item might take up to 45 days. So if you need the products urgently would suggest you go for in stock ones. Important Notes ? After 7 days of receiving the products, our customers have taken ownership of their products, no exchange or refund will be offered. ? Shipping cost for exchange both ways is at customers expenses. ? We only provide maximum 2 time exchange for one order. ? Would suggest customers always retain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we do not take responsibility for items not received. ? For faulty products we offer free exchange for customers and also refund you the postage for you to send the products back to us. So please enclose the receipt from post office when ship backs the products. However we do check every product carefully before we send anything out to ensure the perfection of our products.

The products are not suitable, how to get a refund?

You may return any products in the original condition within 7 days from the date they are received. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 15% restocking fee.  The original shipping charges are not refundable. The products must be in the original condition, such as in original packaging, no sign of worn, no perfume, with tags etc. We check all returned products closely as we do not wish to sell used products to our customers, so if there is any sign of worn, it will not be refunded. We also refund you the postage for you to send the products back to us. So please enclose the receipt from post office when ship backs the faulty products. Does your size come smaller or bigger?
If you are a size 20 in a causal wear you might not be a size 20 in evening dresses. The reason is because our evening dresses are specially made on mannequin in order to fit perfectly. And most of the dresses are not as stretchy or as loose as causal wear. You might need a bigger size as they do come smaller. Do prices include VAT / Sales Tax?
Yes, all prices stated in our categories include VAT & Sales Tax in Europe. Orders outside Europe may be subject to Taxes on arrival (very unlikely). You pay what you see, no any hidden charge.

What is the delivery time?
For In stock item, we offer Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery services on within UK. All order made before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next day for UK buyers, Royal mail special delivery ensures you receive any time before 1pm next day (Except orders made on Friday and weekend).

For EU buyers, it usually takes about 7 working days to reach, it might be longer.
For Non-EU buyers, it usually takes about 7 working days to reach, it might be longer.
For Made to order item, it usually takes about 45 days to reach, if it is longer than 45 days our team will inform you via email.

How much is the shipping cost?
All shipping costs will show after you choose the right country (UK, EU or Non-EU countries) and add the items to your shopping basket. Shipping cost includes delivery charge, packing and handling fees, no extra hidden cost.

Do I need to be at home to sign for it? What if I am unable to be at home?
Royal Mail requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience. Royal Mail will leave a ?while you were out? card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

We generally make a range of dresses in standard sizes from UK 8 to UK 22, for some dresses we do ?make to measure?. You can choose your specific size (bust, waist, hip and length) and we will make it for you!

Why do you need my phone number and email add? Do you send product mails to me regularly?
We need your phone number if we need to contact you only regarding your order. We need your email to send order confirmation for payment, delivery etc. we don?t send any other emails to you unless you sign up with our newsletter.
