Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed.

The sales agreement is valid as soon as the payment has been made, delivery can be done up to 45 days, depends our stock availability.

Price and shipping costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping cost will be displayed once you add to basket. Alternately, you can go to FAQs to find out shipping cost details. There is no any hidden charge; you only pay what you see.

Return Policy

We offer a refund for any product that has indicated was in stock when they were purchased rather than Made to order , Made to measure and Hygiene, all products must be returned within 7 days from the date they were received. Postage is not refundble.

We offer an exchange for any product that returned within 7 days from the date it was received except made to measure products and hygiene products. Both ways of shipping cost will be on customers’ costs. 

Both return and exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization No (RMA). RMA must be applied within 24 hours once you receive the products. We DO NOT issue RMA number once the parcel has been received more than 24 hours. You can apply the RMA number over the phone 020 8655 1666 (9:30am-6:00pm Mon-Fri) or email us to orders@sexyher.co.uk (24/7).  If you dont receive any email reply you need to ring us to obtain an RMA. Details for how to make a return or exchange see FAQs.  Any returns without a RMA number and sent back within 7 days will subject to a charge. Any returns sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender. The RMA Number expires after 24 hours, so once it is issued, you need to send back ASAP.Any return received after 7 days will be down to our discretion whether we choose to offer an exchange. All returns including packaging must be in the same condition of which they were received, products must be unworn, no perfume and tags(or Label) on, any sign of worn or stain will not be refunded. All our dresses has security tag, once it is removed, the dress cant be returned.

We do not offer any refund for products that are Made to order, Made to measure and Hygiene. 

PLEASE NOTICE: For non standard colour dresses neither exchange nor refund is possible!

Faulity Products

Any faulty products must be returned within 7 days for a refund. Over 7 days cannot be either returned or exchanged.  As all our products are hand made, so might have removable stain, we don’t consider this as defected products. Any product that has been purposely made faulty by the customer will be sent off to be examined and if we feel that this is not a manufacturing error will be sent back to the consumer.

If you force to zip ut if dress is too tight, in that case we cant issue you a refund but only a replacement dress. postage would be on your cost.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please send the parcel back to us by recorded delivery as we take no responsibility for the parcel untill we receive it. 

Cancellation

For made to measure orders, once order is placed, we dont accept neither return or exchange as they are already in the progress of manfacturating.

For made to order orders, once order is placed, you can cancel or exchagne to other in stock items within 7 days,  it can not be cancelled after 7 days.

Delivery

For in stock item we do next day delivery for UK customers; for none in stock items delivery usually takes up to 45 days. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email. 

However, for uncontrollable reasons such as traffic, weather, unrecognized address or strike etc, the delivery might be delayed and we will take no reliabilities for the delay.

For next day delivery service our delivery carrier only make two attempts, if customer is not at home to sign for it for second time, then third time delivery will be £3 pounds, customer either collect yourself or ring us on 08712002084 quote your order number to make the payment to third time delivery. 

Please Note: Once the orders are dispatced, your delivery address cant be changed. So we suggest  you put the convenient delivery address where you can be there and sign for it. If you cant be at there to sign for it, you need to go to local depo to collect yourself.

We have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
