Do you require a minimum order?

We require a minimum order of 20 items for just the very first time (you can mix any style, color or size from our all products ranges). After first order, you can even just order one item a time. Its a great for shop owners who doesnt want to put all your cash in stock.

Whatis the delivery charge for wholesale? and whats the delivery time?

Once you log in to your wholesale account, you will be able to see postage when you chooses items to add to basket. We do next day delivery for UK customers (If items shows in stock), about 3-5 working days to EU countries and 10 working days for non-EU countries. For None in stock item see each item description.

Whats your refund policy for wholesale?

We would like to issue full refund or exchange for free if the item is faulty. This is a rare case as we check 5 times before we send anything out. 3 times from manufacture and 2 times from us.  

For wholesale returns, we issue credit notes if items are in perfect condition, no refund will be issued. However, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. items must be unworn and in the original resellable conditon.

Please notes, all returns must be sent back within 7 days of  the receiving.
